Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality therapeutic services through diagnostic assessments, individual counseling, and psychotherapy to clients.

• Utilize a variety of psychotherapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic therapy tailored to individual client needs.

• Effectively manage crisis situations, applying sound clinical judgement and crisis intervention techniques to ensure client safety.
\n
• Maintain and document client treatment plans and progress securely using our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
\n
• Employ data-driven approaches to monitor and adjust treatment based on client progress and response.
\n
• Collaborate with case managers and other healthcare professionals to provide a holistic and comprehensive treatment approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population featuring a range of mental health conditions, including Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Anxiety Disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and various trauma-related issues. It is important for you to bring a compassionate and non-judgemental approach to foster trust and enable effective therapeutic alliances with your clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related fields.
\n
• Active state licensure as a mental health professional (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) in compliance with state regulations.
\n
• Demonstrated proficiency with various psychotherapy modalities and familiarity with a wide range of mental health disorders.
\n
• A solid track record of strong interpersonal and communication skills, necessary for establishing rapport with clients.
\n
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing interruptions effectively.

• No history of Medical Malpractice Claims, validated by a third-party verification process.
\n
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation and Benefits\n
