Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand the unique needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement various therapeutic techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and others, to provide quality mental health care tailored to each client's situation.

• Maintain and document clinical records with precision and confidentiality, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and our internal professional standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to ensure comprehensive and holistic client care, sharing insights and strategies for treatment advancement.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to uphold treatment quality, contribute to clinical discussions, and engage in continuous professional development.

Qualifications\n
