Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed mental health counselor at Healing Trails, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients to gain a deep understanding of their mental health needs and challenges.

• Facilitating individual therapy sessions utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and trauma-informed care.

• Establishing therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and continuously monitoring their progress throughout the treatment process.

• Maintaining meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment results in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapy services cater to a diverse clientele dealing with a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n
