Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adult clients. They may present with a variety of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, relational issues, and more. Your therapeutic interventions will focus on helping clients improve their quality of life by promoting coping skills and sustainable improvements in their mental health. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Current and active licensure in one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) .

• Applicants must hold a full, unrestricted license eligible for independent practice without supervision and must have no disciplinary actions on record.

• Possess excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and a strong ability to foster rapport with clients.

• Strong proficiency in using digital tools and platforms to manage assessments, treatment plans, and client records efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

Two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling or a related field is preferred, along with demonstrated success in developing effective therapeutic relationships and implementing treatment plans that yield positive client outcomes.
