Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' mental health issues and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide high-quality individual therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities, ensuring each session is adapted based on the client’s unique needs and preferences.

• Collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring and documenting progress to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Offer teletherapy services to accommodate clients preferring virtual sessions due to accessibility issues or personal preference.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in adherence to ethical and regulatory standards while ensuring confidentiality and data security.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, webinars, and peer supervision to continually enhance your clinical skills.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW is required.
