Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and devise customized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions tailored to the client’s unique circumstances.

• Implement therapeutic strategies including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities, adapting techniques to suit individual needs.

• Maintain precise and confidential clinical records while adhering to strict regulatory guidelines and confidentiality standards, including HIPAA compliance.

• Engage closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to develop comprehensive care plans.

• Participate in ongoing case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at enhancing care quality and professional growth.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families, informing them about mental health conditions, treatment methodologies, and available community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health issues, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.
