Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat, ensuring an ethical and compassionate approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve stable, low acuity adult clients dealing with a broad spectrum of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Fully licensed to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• No limited/provisional licenses or disciplinary actions in your professional history.

• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and an empathetic demeanor essential for effective client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, dependent upon your availability and hours worked. We also offer a generous sign-on bonus, along with weekly direct deposits for your convenience. Full-time therapists receive a monthly healthcare stipend to support their well-being.
