Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health status and needs, ensuring thorough understanding of their unique situations.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the individual goals and needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to guide therapy sessions.

• Provide individual therapy sessions using solution-focused approaches, engaging clients in therapeutic conversations that foster self-exploration and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid and current license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Demonstrable expertise in therapeutic techniques and a commitment to client-centered care.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
\n
• Compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to therapy.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients effectively.

• Clear professional record; no history of disciplinary actions on record.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting is preferred, with familiarity in using digital tools for client management.

• Annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $104,000 , commensurate with experience and caseload.
