Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments through secure video calls to identify clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, family, marriage, and group counseling sessions designed to support clients facing various mental health challenges.

• Utilize virtual tools to perform mental health screenings, pinpointing areas for further support and intervention.

• Engage regularly with clients to revise treatment goals and methodologies in alignment with their evolving needs.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of counseling sessions and treatment plans using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate in practice meetings, contribute to organizational initiatives, and perform additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients include a diverse range of individuals—children, adolescents, adults, and families—who present with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and co-occurring disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), or Social Work (LICSW).

• Active licensure (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) in the state of Washington is required to practice in our telehealth environment.

• Strong understanding of therapeutic modalities, ethical practices, and legal regulations associated with mental health counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of three years of experience working directly with individuals experiencing mental health and behavioral challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an attractive annual salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and holiday leave.
