Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide empathetic and effective therapy to clients through virtual platforms, establishing a safe and non-judgmental environment where they can express themselves freely.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments for new clients, identifying their mental health needs and presenting issues to tailor appropriate treatment plans.

• Collaborate with the VIEW team and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure seamless client care and promote integrated treatment approaches.

• Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss client progress, share therapeutic insights, and contribute to enhancing service delivery within the organization.

• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting therapeutic plans as necessary and providing ongoing support to help them achieve their recovery goals.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives as part of the VIEW program, aiming to educate the public about mental health resources and remove barriers to access.

You will primarily work with adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, substance use, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure in Washington State as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
