Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate and lead consumer support groups, focusing on perinatal mental health education and community resource navigation.

• Conduct individual counseling sessions, ensuring each client receives personalized care that addresses their unique challenges.

• Engage in regular staff meetings, case conferences, and training sessions to stay updated on industry best practices and enhance your skills.

• Coordinate with local social service agencies to advocate for clients’ needs and refer them to appropriate resources.

• Take an active role in developing and promoting Center initiatives that cater to the needs of your consumer population, working alongside volunteers and interns.

• Network with potential referral sources, including both inpatient facilities and outpatient programs, to maintain a steady flow of intake referrals.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines as outlined by the United States Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association.
\n
• Assist in maintaining accreditation standards through knowledge of JCAHO, Medicaid, and DBH requirements, ensuring our practice remains compliant.

• Document treatment plans, daily progress notes, and client interactions accurately and timely to support effective care delivery.
\n
• Support the clinical team in conducting psychosocial assessments and collaboratively designing treatment plans tailored to client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n
