Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide culturally competent mental health and substance use counseling to individuals and groups through virtual sessions.

• Engage in case management by consulting with clients, case managers, and other internal and external care providers to ensure coordinated and effective client care.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to motivate clients and facilitate their progress toward achieving personal goals.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary clinical team, including psychiatrists, behavioral case managers, and coaching staff, to create a comprehensive support plan tailored to each client.

• Pilot and implement new therapeutic protocols and techniques, contributing to the innovation in mental health care.

• Participate in ongoing training regarding proprietary curricula and collaborative care models to enhance your therapeutic skills.

• Conduct psychological assessments and create detailed reports, providing vocational recommendations as appropriate to ensure client comprehension.

• Perform biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate the suitability of clients for various treatment options, interventions, or referrals.

You will primarily serve children, adolescents, and their families, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health issues and substance use disorders. By focusing on whole-family approaches, you will work to build healthier support systems that enhance the well-being of all family members involved.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Upon hiring, you must possess a valid Social Work License as per state regulations: LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW.

• No record of Medical Malpractice claims, verified through third-party checks.
\n
• Authorization to work in the U.S. is a prerequisite for this role.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
