Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video chat, adhering to your organized schedule.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a remote therapist with Zen Mind, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele, comprising stable adults presenting with low-acuity mental health concerns. Each client is carefully screened prior to their participation to ensure a healthy and constructive therapeutic environment. By engaging with individuals who may be averse to traditional therapy methods, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on their lives through accessible mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Washington state is required.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure professional experience with a focus on mood disorders.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• A strong understanding of psychopharmacology and the ability to collaborate with psychiatrists and other health care professionals for integrated care.

• A track record of successfully achieving client outcomes in treating mood disorders and an understanding of associated recovery strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 100,000 and 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, therapists have the opportunity to earn bonuses based on client referrals and the successful completion of treatment goals.
