Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments and construct individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and client needs.

• Deliver a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic approaches tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Manage ongoing client relationships by scheduling regular follow-up sessions to monitor progress, reassess treatment strategies, and adjust goals based on client feedback and data-driven insights.

• Utilize case management resources to collaborate and support clients in achieving holistic well-being.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, providing immediate support and strategic responses to clients in distress.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions via an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical guidelines.

Your work will involve helping a diverse clientele, including individuals coping with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, PTSD, trauma, and grief. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
