Key Responsibilities\n

  Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including comprehensive clinical and progress notes that comply with departmental policies and best practices.

  Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team in developing and executing comprehensive treatment plans, including effective discharge strategies based on psychosocial assessments.

  Provide compassionate counseling and crisis interventions for clients, skillfully assessing and treating a range of emotional and behavioral challenges.

  Engage actively with clients’ families and support systems to facilitate effective treatment and discharge planning, ensuring that all parties are informed and involved in the client’s care.

Qualifications\n

  A minimum of 2 years of experience working in an outpatient setting is required.

  Possession of a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is a must.

  Valid licensure in Washington State as either LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC is essential for this position.

  Proficiency in computer operations, including familiarity with electronic health records (EHR), word processing, email systems, and spreadsheet applications.
