Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' emotional and psychological needs, followed by the creation of personalized treatment plans.

• Engage in regular communication with other healthcare providers to share updates on client progress, address concerns, and facilitate coordinated care.

• Maintain meticulous records of clinical sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with organizational and regulatory policies.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute emotional challenges, helping them to navigate through difficult situations.

• Facilitate family consultations to enhance support systems and coordinate discharge planning when necessary, ensuring successful transitions for clients.

You will primarily work with adults and children who seek support for a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
