Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments to accurately diagnose psychological disorders, using evidence-based practices and clinical consultations.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans with specific therapeutic goals for patients.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based psychotherapy modalities to provide effective treatment, whether via in-person or telehealth settings.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of clinical services, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and summary reports, ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions and adapt treatment strategies as needed to meet clients’ evolving needs.

• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health research and practice through ongoing professional development and training.

• Provide clients with resources and support tailored to help them achieve their personal goals, fostering a collaborative approach to therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population of clients experiencing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Anxiety Disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), trauma, and grief. Your ability to connect empathetically with clients is crucial for fostering trust and promoting engagement in the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline is required.

• A valid state-issued mental health license (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) is mandatory, compliant with state regulations.

• Proven experience in a variety of psychotherapy modalities, along with familiarity with a wide spectrum of mental health disorders and diagnostics.

Compensation and Benefits\n
