Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health conditions and formulate tailored treatment plans that align with their goals and challenges.

• Provide direct counseling and therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to meet client needs.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of all client interactions, including clinical notes and treatment progress, adhering to organizational policies and standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participating in regular consultations to discuss client care, share insights, and develop comprehensive treatment strategies.

• Engage in crisis intervention, offering immediate support and therapeutic guidance during acute episodes to stabilize clients and link them to necessary resources.

• Coordinate with external partners, such as hospitals and community services, to ensure a continuum of care for clients, particularly during discharge planning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve range from adolescents to adults facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• An active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington state.

• A minimum of three years of experience providing outpatient mental health services, demonstrating proficiency in diverse therapeutic techniques.

• Strong proficiency in technology, particularly in using telehealth systems, electronic medical records (EMR), and standard office software such as MS Office Suite.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
