Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly therapy sessions via video conferencing, using evidence-based therapeutic practices tailored to meet the goals set collaboratively with clients.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists and fellow counselors to establish comprehensive treatment plans.

• Utilize symptom self-assessments to monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies accordingly to optimize client outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing training and peer consultation to enhance therapeutic techniques and approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will primarily work with a diverse adult population dealing with a variety of mental health challenges. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with potential bonuses and a sign-on bonus for newly hired counselors.
