Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health issues and develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, facilitating therapeutic interventions that foster mental wellness, emotional regulation, and coping strategies for clients facing mood disorders and related challenges.

• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on clients' progress, gathering feedback and making necessary interventions to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations, while minimizing paperwork through our administrative support services.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and ensure clients receive integrated treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adults and adolescents experiencing mood disorders, anxiety, and other mental health challenges. You will support a diverse population, enhancing your cultural competence and ability to build rapport with individuals from various backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
