Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to motivate and assist clients in achieving their personal mental health goals.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, which includes psychiatrists, nurses, coaches, and behavioral case managers, to create and execute comprehensive treatment plans for clients.

• Pilot and assess novel therapy protocols, contributing to the development and refinement of innovative mental health practices.
\n
• Engage in ongoing training sessions to deepen your understanding of our proprietary curriculum and integrated care model.

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments and generate detailed reports, including vocational recommendations, ensuring feedback is appropriate for clients’ understanding.

• Administer biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' readiness for different types of work assignments or need for referrals, providing informed pathways for continued care.

• Offer culturally competent mental health and substance abuse counseling for individuals and groups while also managing casework responsively.

• Consult with external and internal stakeholders, including case managers and other service providers, to coordinate and optimize client care effectively.

This role primarily involves working with children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Authorization to work in the United States is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
