Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver remote care through structured, evidence-based programs tailored to meet individual patient needs.

• Regularly monitor participant progress by documenting session notes, conducting follow-ups, and making care coordination recommendations.

• Work within a multidisciplinary care team, assisting participants in obtaining necessary resources, consents, and authorizations.

• Identify high-risk patient situations with elevated safety concerns and execute appropriate interventions according to established protocols.

• Engage consistently in scheduled meetings to align treatment approaches and share insights during monthly team meetings and Town Halls.

• Adhere to HIPAA Privacy & Security policies, maintaining the highest standards of client confidentiality and compliance with required training.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse range of clients seeking support for various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will focus on fostering meaningful therapeutic relationships, aiding individuals and families to develop actionable skills and lifelong healthy habits. Your contribution significantly influences patient outcomes as you help them navigate their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Commitment to maintain a consistent schedule, providing therapy for 40 hours each week, Monday through Friday.

Preferred Experience\n

• Clinical experience in delivering psychotherapy utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other solution-focused therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
