Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct intake assessments and interviews for new clients to accurately gauge their needs and formulate effective treatment plans.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions, including individual, group, and family therapy, adapting approaches to suit varying client requirements and dynamics.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation, such as progress notes, transfer summaries, and closing reports, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with the Behavioral Health Department to coordinate specialized programs that enhance therapeutic offerings and engage community resources for preventive mental health services.

• Utilize evidence-based practices in therapy, adhering to current LMHC/LICSW/LMFT guidelines while continuously upgrading skills through the latest training opportunities.

The clients we serve exhibit a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction issues, and co-occurring disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
