Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments to identify psychological disorders and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), to provide effective psychotherapy to clients via telehealth.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions through ongoing assessments, making necessary adjustments to treatment strategies as required.

• Set therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients that reflect their personal objectives and aspirations.

• Foster a trusting and respectful counseling relationship that encourages open communication and promotes a safe space for clients to share their experiences.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, while ensuring patient confidentiality at all times.

• Stay engaged with professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and keep informed about the latest trends in mental health practices.

• Provide necessary resources and referrals to clients, supporting them in achieving their overall wellness goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients comprise a diverse array of individuals facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and grief-related issues. You will be responsible for tailoring your therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each client, considering their backgrounds, experiences, and treatment histories.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW in the state of Washington, meeting all state regulatory requirements.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect and build rapport with clients swiftly.

• A strong understanding of various psychotherapy modalities and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in diagnosing and treating a broad spectrum of mental health disorders.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated experience with teletherapy platforms and virtual counseling techniques.

• Familiarity with community resources and support systems available to clients in Walla Walla, Washington, and surrounding areas.

• A background in holistic or integrative approaches to mental health care is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our competitive salary range for this role is between USD 80,000 and 122,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
