Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for clients, including pre-crisis and crisis management strategies, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans.

• Timely completion of all required documentation in accordance with state regulatory standards and clinic policies.

• Utilizing evidence-based screening tools and therapeutic modalities as guided by clinical best practices and team collaboration.

• Working alongside interdisciplinary teams to craft and implement effective positive behavior support strategies for clients.

• Participating actively in ongoing licensing and accreditation processes to uphold clinic standards and ensure quality care.

• Establishing and nurturing relationships with local, state, and federal agencies, community partners, and service systems to enhance our program offerings and secure collaborative funding opportunities.

• Contributing to the agency's outreach by establishing strong communication channels to promote mental health awareness and services in the community.

• Pursuing professional development opportunities such as attending conferences, training sessions, and advocacy meetings to remain updated in the field of mental health.

• Performing additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, as necessary.

You will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals grappling with mental health issues, substance use challenges, developmental disabilities, and those recovering from brain injuries. Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
