Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Mental Health Counselor, you will undertake a variety of essential tasks, including but not limited to:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and developing individualized treatment plans focused on their goals.

• Delivering evidence-based psychotherapy tailored to diverse concerns such as substance abuse, anxiety, trauma, and depression.

• Maintaining comprehensive client documentation, ensuring all clinical notes are accurately submitted within 48 hours of service delivery.

• Collaborating with inter-agency providers to coordinate client care, including facilitating referrals and communicating client progress to ensure continuity of treatment.

• Preparing detailed discharge summaries that reflect clients' progress, goals achieved, and any further recommendations for their mental health journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will encompass working with a diverse clientele, consisting of both adults and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Hold a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Possess one of the following active licenses: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• Have no history of Medical Malpractice Claims, as verified by a third party.
\n
• Be authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Experience\n
