Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns and formulate accurate clinical diagnoses.

• Provide evidence-based individual, family, or group therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute emotional distress, ensuring safety and stabilization.

• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards by meticulously documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Empower clients and their families with education regarding mental health, coping strategies, and available community resources, serving as a strong advocate for their rights.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, managing diverse cases effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
