Work Environment\n

This role offers the flexibility of working from home as part of our telehealth program. Our innovative approach to mental health care leverages technology to provide clients with access to counseling services in the comfort of their own environments. With a structured workweek from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, we ensure a supportive work-life balance while promoting the health and well-being of both our clients and our staff.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify the mental health and substance use needs of clients.

• Creating and implementing evidence-based treatment plans that reflect individual client goals and therapeutic needs.

• Facilitating individual therapy sessions, as well as group and couples counseling, utilizing various evidence-backed therapeutic modalities.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver integrated care for clients.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical documentation in line with HIPAA regulations and best practices.

• Participating in ongoing clinical supervision and training opportunities to enhance skills and professional growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The population served by Forefront Behavioral Health Center includes individuals dealing with substance use disorders, trauma, and various emotional crises. Our counselors provide immediate support, trauma intervention, and suicide prevention strategies, working alongside clients who may be experiencing high levels of distress. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• An independent LMHC license is mandatory to practice in New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n
