Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess the following credentials:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C).

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients.

• Basic computer literacy with proficiency in using telehealth software and patient management systems.

Preferred Experience\n

Inside Minds Therapy Center offers competitive compensation, with an annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, depending on hours worked and experience. Additionally, full-time counselors receive a monthly healthcare stipend to support your health needs. Weekly direct deposit ensures timely compensation for your dedicated work.
