Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms, employing diverse evidence-based methodologies tailored to client preferences, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Work collaboratively with clients to establish measurable therapeutic goals, monitor progress, and adjust plans as necessary to enhance client growth and well-being.

• Engage in regular case consultation and team discussions, sharing insights and strategies to improve service delivery and client outcomes.

• Document session notes and client progress accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with best practices and organizational guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will represent a diverse cross-section of the community, allowing you to develop and refine your counseling skills while working with individuals facing a variety of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build strong rapport and establish trust with clients in a virtual setting.
