Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate clients' history with substance abuse and any co-occurring mental health conditions.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that address both addiction issues and underlying psychological factors, ensuring tailored support for each client.

• Lead and facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.

• Collaborate effectively with fellow treatment team members—including psychiatrists, social workers, and addiction specialists—to ensure an integrated and holistic approach to client care.

• Provide education and support to clients’ families, encouraging active participation in the recovery process.

• Maintain detailed and accurate client records in compliance with state and federal regulations while ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards are upheld.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
