Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing and nurturing trusting therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and maintaining boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to monitor client progress, stability, and therapeutic interventions. This includes scheduling upcoming appointments and facilitating discharge planning as appropriate.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, continually reviewing and adjusting these plans to meet evolving client needs.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and detailed progress notes for each client, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to gather relevant personal, social, and clinical history, thereby establishing a foundation for effective treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied patient population that includes adults and children who present with a spectrum of mental health challenges. Your focus will be on delivering compassionate, evidence-based interventions to clients struggling with issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and behavioral concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation, with unrestricted and independent practice capabilities.

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is essential.

• Proficient computer skills, including experience with Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and clinical software such as PIMSY.

Preferred Experience\n

Genesis Behavioral Health offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
