Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to identify mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy services, employing various therapeutic techniques—such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT)—to individuals, groups, and families.

• Collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive holistic and coordinated care, promoting optimal therapeutic outcomes.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health distress or emergencies, ensuring safety and appropriate follow-up care.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and various life challenges. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
