Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs, backgrounds, and presenting problems.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing modalities tailored to each client's unique goals.

• Provide ongoing individual therapy sessions, focusing on overcoming challenges related to trauma, anxiety, depression, and other concerns.

• Monitor client progress in relation to established therapeutic goals, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.

• Document all interactions and treatment sessions in accordance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, trainings, and collaborative peer consultations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Active and valid state license as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome candidates with various levels of experience, we prefer therapists who have experience with teletherapy, as well as those who are familiar with using digital communication tools effectively. Experience in trauma-informed care and knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities will be considered advantageous to your application.

Compensation and Benefits\n
