Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments, taking into account the psychological, emotional, and social factors affecting clients’ well-being.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant approaches.

• Ensure adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality protocols, including compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care provision.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer reviews, contributing insights that help refine organizational care strategies.

• Provide education and resources to clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community support systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT within the state of California.
