Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive initial assessments to pinpoint clients' challenges and goals, allowing for personalized mindfulness techniques and strategies.

• Facilitating engaging group workshops and classes that focus on mindfulness practices, stress management strategies, and building resilience in everyday life.

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• Proven experience in a therapeutic setting with proficiency in mindfulness practices and integration into clinical interventions.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to create a supportive, calm therapeutic environment that fosters client trust and openness.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with the following experiences will be given preference:

Compensation and Benefits\n
