Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify each client’s mental health concerns, ensuring a deep understanding of their challenges.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting and reviewing therapeutic goals to improve their mental well-being.

• Provide individual therapy using diverse evidence-based modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, accommodating different preferences for therapy, including teletherapy for those who may find it more accessible.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress to comply with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
