Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, assist in formulating clinical diagnoses, and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness practices.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies to support clients facing acute mental health crises, ensuring safety and timely access to additional resources as needed.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, including detailed treatment plans and progress notes, in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, engaging with psychiatrists, social workers, and community resource providers to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Provide education to clients and their families on mental health topics, treatment options, and available support services while advocating for their needs and rights.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, alongside a generous sign-on bonus.
