This full-time position allows the flexibility of remote work, enabling you to provide therapy in a comfortable setting that suits both you and your clients. While our team predominantly operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, some flexibility in scheduling may be necessary to meet clients' needs, ensuring accessibility and support.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments incorporating cultural sensitivity to understand each patient’s unique background and challenges.

• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to diverse cultural contexts.

• Facilitate a variety of therapy sessions, including individual, family, and group therapy, addressing specific mental health needs and fostering resilience.

• Collaborate extensively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to deliver coordinated care and comprehensive support for our clients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and ongoing support during mental health emergencies, maintaining a calm approach to ensure patient safety.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to navigate their mental health journeys.

• Maintain precise, confidential documentation of patient progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Florida.

• Thorough understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities, demonstrating a compassionate and culturally competent approach to therapy.

• Proven experience in delivering both individual and group therapy using culturally responsive techniques.

• Exceptionally strong crisis intervention skills, with a calm and solution-oriented demeanor when addressing urgent situations.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering rapport with a wide range of clients and colleagues.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and other software applications relevant to mental health documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Silver Lining Therapies offers a competitive yearly salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
