As a licensed therapist with Compassionate Counseling, you will primarily work remotely, allowing for a flexible schedule while maintaining direct access to organizational support. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions through a remote platform, adapting your approach based on each client's unique needs.

• Conduct thorough bio-psycho-social assessments to formulate effective treatment plans tailored to individual client goals.

• Assist clients in developing coping strategies and social skills, focusing on anger management and reducing high-risk behaviors.
\n
• Guide clients and their families in improving in-home behavioral management and decision-making skills.
\n
• Consistently collaborate with team members and ancillary healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients and their families.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation including intake forms, treatment plans, and progress notes in line with regulatory requirements.

• Participate in monthly team meetings to discuss case updates, share challenges, and celebrate successes, in addition to submitting required paperwork weekly.

The primary focus of this position is to serve adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges. As a therapist, you will engage with clients from various backgrounds, each presenting unique circumstances and needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Family Therapy, or closely related field is required.

• Candidates must hold a valid license in New York as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n
