Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients, delivering evidence-based therapeutic techniques to promote mental wellness.

• Assist clients in exploring and understanding their emotions, relationship dynamics, and personal challenges in a safe and supportive environment.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that leverage your clinical expertise and align with each client’s goals, ensuring a personalized approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include a diverse range of individuals facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will work with clients of all ages, which enhances the diversity of your practice and allows you to utilize different therapeutic modalities to best meet their unique needs. Your role will be pivotal in guiding clients toward achieving their personal milestones and improving their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a mental health discipline such as social work, marriage and family therapy, or counseling.

• Current and valid licensure in New York as an LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills essential for building rapport with clients and facilitating effective therapeutic relationships.

• Proficiency in virtual therapy platforms and tools to maintain efficient and effective client interactions.
