Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and psychological evaluations to accurately gauge clients' mental health status and identify their therapeutic needs.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans aligned with the individual goals and preferences of clients.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy to adult clients through teletherapy, employing various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques.

• Offer crisis intervention services promptly and effectively, demonstrating skill and sensitivity when addressing urgent client situations.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
