Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' mental health needs, strengths, and treatment goals.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques to ensure effective client engagement.

• Facilitate ongoing therapy sessions to address a spectrum of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, family dynamics, and life transitions.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and case managers, to provide holistic and integrated care tailored to each client's needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering to ethical, legal, and organizational standards to facilitate quality assurance and continuity of care.

• Participate actively in team meetings, professional development workshops, and supervision sessions to enhance therapeutic skills and keep abreast of current best practices in mental health treatment.

• Engage in community outreach and educational initiatives to promote mental health awareness and increase access to mental health resources among underrepresented populations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, each facing unique challenges related to mental health. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure in one of the following areas: Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), or Clinical Social Work (LCSW).

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience working with individuals experiencing mental health issues, including those with co-occurring disorders.

• Experience in providing individual and group therapy, as well as familiarity with treatment approaches specifically geared toward children, families, and couples.

• Proficient understanding of contemporary principles, practices, techniques, and trends in individual and family counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
