Key Responsibilities\n

• Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments tailored for clients presenting mood disorders. This includes collecting detailed histories and ongoing evaluations to inform effective treatment strategies.

• Diagnosis: Utilize the DSM-5 and other diagnostic resources to accurately diagnose clients, ensuring that each individual receives the most appropriate care tailored to their specific conditions.

• Treatment Planning: Create individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients. Your plans will incorporate evidence-based interventions designed to promote recovery and skill development.

• Psychotherapy: Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to effectively support clients in managing their symptoms.

• Medication Collaboration: Work closely with our supervising psychiatrist to coordinate medication management for clients, offering valuable insights regarding treatment efficacy and potential side effects.

• Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate support and intervention for clients in crisis, ensuring their safety and facilitating appropriate level care.

• Documentation: Maintain detailed clinical records, including treatment notes and case updates, in accordance with ethical and legal standards, promoting transparency and accountability in care.

• Collegial Collaboration: Engage with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals to foster comprehensive, client-centered care through shared insights and team meetings.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
