Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and psychosocial evaluations to determine clients' mental health statuses and needs.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices to address issues such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

• Provide ongoing individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing culturally responsive and inclusive therapeutic modalities that resonate with our diverse client base.

• Regularly track client progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary and empowering clients with coping strategies and resources for self-management.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a wide array of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families from various backgrounds. This role is crucial in addressing mental health disorders such as PTSD, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and addiction issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid license to practice as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.

• A minimum of four years of experience in mental health counseling with a demonstrated ability to support a diverse client population.

• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches, particularly in a remote setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
