Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mood disorders, assessing symptom severity, frequency, and impact on daily life.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, taking into consideration their unique needs, preferences, and goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address mood disorders.

• Provide education and support to patients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to aid recovery.

• Monitor and document clients’ progress throughout their treatment journey, making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of integrated and comprehensive care.

• Stay informed on the latest research and treatment methodologies regarding mood disorders to continually improve practice approaches.

• Maintain accurate, thorough, and confidential documentation of client sessions and treatment plans, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and collective knowledge.

You will primarily work with individuals experiencing mood disorders, such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related ailments. Our diverse clientele includes adults, adolescents, and families, requiring a sensitive and adaptable approach to treatment that respects each individual's background and experiences. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Florida.

• Two years of post-licensure experience is preferred, specializing in mood disorders.

• A strong foundation in evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly CBT and DBT.

• An understanding of psychopharmacology and the ability to effectively collaborate with medical professionals.

• A proven track record in achieving successful patient outcomes and fostering therapeutic relationships.

Compensation and Benefits\n
