Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and interviews to document clients' mental and emotional health, facilitating continuity of care from the first consultation to final treatment.

• Evaluate clients’ mental, behavioral, and emotional conditions to develop tailored intervention plans that support their unique needs.

• Design and implement effective treatment strategies for individuals, couples, families, and group sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to optimize recovery outcomes.

• Continuously monitor client progress through detailed documentation and adapt treatment objectives as needed based on evolving client needs.

• Work collaboratively with other mental health specialists, physicians, and healthcare professionals to coordinate interventions and optimize client care.

• Maintain communication with hospitals and practice networks, conducting follow-ups for clients who may require inpatient treatment.

• Provide educational support to family members and primary caregivers, enabling them to effectively manage the mental health challenges faced by their loved ones.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R in the state of New York.

• Successful completion of the National Counselor Exam (NCE) or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Exam (NCMHCE).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this full-time position is competitive, offering between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, coupled with a sign-on bonus.
