Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct exhaustive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health, identifying their unique needs and therapeutic goals.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that are tailored to enhance their emotional and psychological well-being.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions for adult clients through evidence-based practices and tailored methodologies, allowing them to navigate their mental health challenges effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily engage with pre-screened, stable clients who present with low-acuity mental health needs. The patients seeking services through our platform are looking for support in various areas including but not limited to anxiety management, stress coping strategies, and relationship issues. Your focus will be on fostering a safe space for clients to explore their feelings and develop healthier coping mechanisms.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree or a Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
