Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and consultations with clients to evaluate their mental health status and identify specific needs and goals.

• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing best practice methodologies and evidenced-based approaches to therapy.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions (both individual and group) wherein clients can navigate their challenges, learn coping strategies, and work toward their mental health objectives.

• Monitor client progress, adjusting therapeutic interventions as necessary and maintaining proper documentation through EHR systems.

• Provide referrals to other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, as needed, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Engage in multidisciplinary teamwork, collaborating with fellow counselors and other health professionals to deliver holistic treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
