Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health symptoms, history, and needs to provide a foundational understanding for treatment.

• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans based on clients' specific goals, preferences, and best practices in mental health care.

• Facilitate effective therapy sessions utilizing a range of therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions, continuously adapting methods to suit client progress.

• Support clients in exploring and developing coping strategies, enabling them to manage symptoms and improve their overall quality of life.

• Keep meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards while also contributing to ongoing quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
